Terms

Short, because there isn’t much to say. The letter of agreement says the rest.

Fees and payment

The first hour is free. After that, each monthly hour is paid when it is booked, through Stripe, at whichever of $50, $125 or $200 you choose. You can change what you pay any month. If $50 isn’t possible, write to me and we’ll agree a number.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Move or cancel an hour using the link in your confirmation email, as early as you can. Whatever you have paid carries over to your next hour. Nothing is forfeited for a cancellation.

If cancelling becomes a pattern, we’ll talk about it; that conversation is the whole policy.

Refunds

Because payment carries over rather than being lost, refunds are rarely needed. If something has gone wrong, write to me and we’ll put it right, including a refund where that is the right thing.

Ending

Either of us can end the direction relationship at any time, for any reason or none, with nothing further owed. Any hour already paid for and not yet used will be refunded or, if you prefer, kept for a closing hour.

If something goes wrong

Tell me first if you can. If you can’t, or it isn’t resolved, the letter of agreement names an independent person you can write to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
